• 2 passport size photographs of the signatories duly signed
• I-D cards of each signatory (photocopy and original for sighting)
• 2 referees (churches operating current a/c or Corporate bodies)
• 2 witnesses (not signatories), 2 postage stamps duly signed
• Minimum deposit N15,000
