Haggai Savings and Loans is also engaged in financing estates development through independent contractors and property development company. Through this bodies, Haggai has been able to develop over 66 units of houses and presently undergoing development of another 22 units in addition to 150 units of various types of bungalows under plane for 2009 at the RCCG Redemption Camp.

Our objective is to work and be used by the master builder, to provide shelter for every one that come in contact with us at a price cheaper than any other one available and yet at a comparative high quality of finishing with no compromise regarding the environment of each of our estates.

Our development outside the Redemption camp will strategically be sited in good areas of Lagos, Abuja (work in progress) and other parts of the country. We will soon be getting into development of Christian resort centers, games village and other relaxation centers
