National Housing Fund (NHF) Loan
 The scheme was instituted by the Federal Government of Nigeria to enable registered members who are contributing to the NATIONAL Housing Fund (NHF) obtain loans at the prevailing government rate to finance their own properties. The loan is for the purpose of erecting, renovating or purchasing properties. The loadable fund is sponsored by the NHF, therefore repayments is within a 25 year maximum period.

How
• Open Haggai Home Savings Account with a N20,000 and build your 10% equity contribution
• Applicants must have contributed to NHF for at least 6 months
• Availability of land with good title documents (C of O or land certificate preferable).
• Register with Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria as a member of NHF scheme. HSL can facilitate your registration on your behalf
• Submission of approved building plan from recognized planning authority
• Bill of quantities from qualified surveyor (for new constructions).
• Valuation reports from qualified Estate Surveyor (for existing structures).
• Evidence of deposit payment in case of outright purchase, and an undertaking from the vendor to convey necessary title upon final payment
• Evidence of income
• Photocopy of current tax clearance certificate.
